Senior Analyst, Dental Network Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Recruit high-quality dental networks of dentists for Aetna Dental Commercial and Medicare clients and members.

• Ensure access and affordability for Aetna Dental members.

• Promote the expansion of managed care contracted networks.

• Improve the profitability of Aetna.

• Operate in a remote, mobile setting.

• Travel for recruiting projects as necessary, up to 20%.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly in data manipulation and analysis using Excel.

• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for recruiting initiatives.

• High School diploma is mandatory.

• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Familiarity with ADA/CDT codes and general dental terminology is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting and/or sales, including goal-driven roles.

• Background in project management.

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Capable of critical and independent thinking.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze situations, identify relevant points, and determine appropriate actions.
