Senior Analyst, Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect outstanding accounts receivable, which includes conducting research on disputes and developing payment plans with customers.

• Establish trusted relationships with clients and internal business partners.

• Serve as a single point of contact for designated accounts, collaborating directly with the Service Leader.

• Prepare and report on open accounts receivable balances for assigned accounts.

• Collaborate across different functions and levels within the organization, both internally and externally.

• Facilitate meetings and presentations, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and engage participants.

• Address customer needs using a customer-centric approach and identify the root causes of issues.

• Utilize working knowledge of concepts, principles, and technical skills to perform a variety of tasks.

• Participate in projects of moderate scope and complexity.

• Identify solutions to technical challenges and take proactive steps to resolve them.

• Exercise judgment within established parameters.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
