Advisor, Collections – Business to Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Regularly engage with offshore teams to facilitate collection efforts by providing customers with the essential information required to accelerate payments to Cardinal Health.

• Address inbound inquiries from offshore teams promptly and professionally.

• Attend to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

• Initiate, implement, and monitor suitable escalation procedures.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify issues and ascertain root causes when offshore operations fail to meet Cardinal Health's business standards or requirements.

• Oversee the advancement of solutions implemented offshore to ensure that root causes are adequately addressed.

• Perform regular quality performance audits of the offshore team, which includes monitoring calls, assessing performance, and relaying quality concerns to offshore leads.

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as necessary.

• Support onboarding and system access for members of the offshore team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

• 3-5 years of business experience in collections, finance, or customer service is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP and Business Objects is preferred.
