Credit and Collections Administrator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Collect payments on overdue accounts by utilizing CONMED’s standard collection procedures and follow-up methods.

• Prioritize accounts to effectively minimize past due amounts within the assigned portfolio.

• Identify issues and obstacles to payment through effective interpersonal communication.

• Communicate with CONMED customers and employees via phone and email.

• Resolve customer disputes by conducting research, collaborating with relevant parties, and completing the necessary paperwork.

• Escalate accounts that do not respond to collection efforts to management.

• Process customer payments efficiently.

• Maintain thorough account notes for each assigned account.

• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to analyze data and generate collection activity reports.

• Manage team mailboxes proficiently.

• Learn and gain proficiency in new systems as required.

• Foster customer relationships to prevent past dues from exceeding 90 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 2-3 years of experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable.

• Familiarity with Oracle, ManMan, and GetPaid systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• This position does not qualify for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship.

• Willingness to travel 0-20% as needed.
