This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate analyses within Care Operations to uncover trends, diagnose underlying causes, and convert ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies and recommendations.
• Monitor business performance and Care Operations KPIs to proactively pinpoint risks and opportunities.
• Utilize data and insights from patients to advocate for enhancements to both the patient and Care team experience.
• Independently manage analytical and operational workstreams.
• Prioritize issues, devise solutions, and drive measurable improvements in growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery.
• Collaborate with teams in Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations.
• Influence priorities and translate operational insights into enhancements in products and processes.
• Assess the impact of launches, experiments, and operational adjustments.
• Identify opportunities for iteration and ensure follow-through until performance stabilizes.
• Present complex findings, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Adjust communication styles for both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering alignment on the way forward.
• Report to the Director of Business Operations.
• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, ideally at a high-growth DTC company or consumer marketplace.
• Proven success in analytical and operations roles within a rapidly expanding organization.
• Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative data to facilitate swift decision-making and execution.
• Strong business acumen coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Capacity to translate complex data into clear narratives, actionable insights, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Looker, and Tableau.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude to enhance analysis and synthesize data.
• Proven leadership capabilities and a collaborative approach.
• Passion for mentoring and fostering team members' growth.
• Ability to excel and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly evolving environment.
