Senior Analyst – Business Compliance, Pharmacy Benefit Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee PBM licensing and regulatory reporting functions.

• Coordinate and file regulatory submissions through SERFF, NIPR, and state filing platforms.

• Keep track of compliance requirements and assist in ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.

• Investigate regulatory and legal matters and offer recommendations to stakeholders.

• Maintain precise records and documentation related to licensing and compliance efforts.

• Assist with audits, monitoring procedures, and internal compliance projects.

• Communicate with regulatory bodies as necessary regarding filings and compliance issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely compliance advice.

• Manage several projects and regulatory deadlines concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in PBM licensing, regulatory filing, and reporting.

• At least 2 years of project management experience.

• Familiarity with SERFF, NIPR, and state filing systems.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently and juggle competing priorities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 5%, including air travel.

• Capability to interpret legislation and perform legal research.

• Understanding of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) regulations and operations.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
