Senior Analyst, Business Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee item-related master data within SAP, SPOMS, SPARCS, and SPRx to support Mail and Specialty pharmacy operations.

• Work in conjunction with Brand/Generic Contracting, Pharmacy Operations, and Pharmacy Procurement to confirm and implement master data add/change requests.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure accuracy in purchase pricing, validate strategic system data, and assist in data cleansing processes.

• Assist capital projects and system improvements through data setup, documentation of test scenarios, execution, and data migration/implementation.

• Conduct basic ad hoc data analyses.

• Provide mentorship to Analysts and Associates.

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding data validation rules and procedural matters.

• Develop and maintain documentation for work instructions and process flows.

• Lead discussions related to documentation as the department's documentation steward.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel, including the ability to create formulas and write macros.

• Highly detail-oriented and driven by tasks.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• A college degree or relevant work experience that aligns with the required job responsibilities.

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is preferred.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

• Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.

• Experience with data querying tools such as MS Access is preferred.

• Understanding of VBA is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business and pricing models is preferred.
