Business Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Evaluate large-scale implementations of Generative AI technology.

• Extract insights from conversational data to reveal and communicate opportunities for growth.

• Develop engaging narratives about performance and impact.

• Assist Customer Success and Strategy teams with client inquiries that go beyond standard deliverables, enhancing the client relationship.

• Address ad-hoc requests from both internal and external stakeholders according to their priority.

• Generate analytical insights that assess client performance based on key metrics and customer experience.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to design account strategies, formulate forecasts, and measure the effects of technology.

• Discover innovative approaches to analyze data at scale.

• Work alongside Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to provide strategic insights and optimize customer value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, or a comparable role.

• Proven ability to link data analysis to business objectives.

• Experience in communicating with clients or stakeholders.

• Capability to manage and prioritize multiple competing demands.

• Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write new queries and interpret existing ones.

• Skilled in creating impactful presentation materials using PowerPoint or Google Slides to effectively convey insights to cross-functional teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with data visualization or analytics tools.

• Experience utilizing large language models for analytical purposes.

• Specific experience in analyzing customer behavior.
