📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales teams to generate analyses for clients.

• Develop data products from the ground up and automate code for reuse by fellow team members.

• Continuously enhance both technical and non-technical skill sets.

• Utilize extensive datasets to recognize and categorize behavioral patterns of medical professionals on the platform.

• Progress towards a role focused on presentation and communication or tackle more complex technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience demonstrating collaboration, enthusiasm for data, reliability, accuracy, curiosity, and respect for colleagues and clients.

• Strong SQL skills with a proven ability to craft and assess intricate SQL statements involving multiple tables and complex relationships.

• Proficient in Python with experience in utilizing common libraries such as numpy, pandas, statsmodels, and matplotlib for exploratory data analysis (EDA).

• Experience working alongside non-technical stakeholders.

• Fundamental knowledge of statistics and data visualization.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools.

• Advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience with AI coding assistants and creating workflows powered by AI.

• Background in the healthcare sector.

• Experience presenting data to audiences without technical backgrounds.
