This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Address intricate business challenges by leveraging data from both internal and external sources.

• Deliver valuable insights to key decision-makers.

• Gather, integrate, analyze, and present raw data from the organization.

• Generate insightful and actionable business intelligence.

• Shape departmental strategies through informed influence.

• Make informed decisions on technical methodologies for project components.

• Define objectives and strategies for assignments with significant independence.

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis, or a Master's degree with 3 or more years of experience.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

• Advanced experience with large and complex data sets in sizable organizations.

• Proven experience in data analysis to address diverse business challenges and create visualizations that guide strategic initiatives.

• Proficient in interpreting healthcare-related data.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to senior and executive leadership.

• A genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences within an organization.

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Advanced expertise in SQL, SAS, and other data systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with Tableau and Qlik is preferred.

• Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling is preferred.

• Experience in developing analytics solutions across various healthcare sectors is preferred.

• Reliable home internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

• A dedicated workspace that minimizes interruptions to ensure the protection of member PHI/HIPAA information.
