Senior AI Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business functions such as Sales, Support, Finance, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Marketing.

• Analyze workflows to pinpoint areas where AI can alleviate friction or enhance capacity.

• Oversee AI solutions from initial discovery to production monitoring.

• Develop automated workflows, agents, and AI-native tools utilizing Salesforce, Agentforce, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Slack, AWS, frontier model APIs, and integration tools.

• Design agent workflows incorporating retrieval, tool usage, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop reviews.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Engineering to establish a shared production-agent infrastructure.

• Lead evaluations of technical vendors and conduct proofs of concept.

• Create reusable architectural patterns for future pods.

• Develop enablement services, including templates, guided workflows, office hours, and structured intake processes.

• Mentor power users to ensure that workflows can be sustained and expanded by the business.

• Assess AI use cases for data exposure, security posture, and feasibility.

• Recommend paths for vendors, configurations, or custom builds.

• Ensure that AI deployments comply with security, auditability, and relevant FedRAMP-adjacent requirements.

• Equip solutions with baseline metrics and executive-friendly dashboards.

• Contribute results to the company's AI measurement program alongside the CFO.

• Execute three to four production launches each year.

• Within the first 90 days, familiarize with the stack and governance process, deliver an initial production workflow or agent, launch an enablement service, and present measured outcomes to the sponsoring executive.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in developing and deploying technical solutions within a business context: solutions engineering, business systems, integration, automation, or forward-deployed work.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with LLM-based systems in production or near-production settings: agent frameworks, retrieval, tool invocation, prompt design, and evaluation.

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SSO, role-based access).

• Experience with enterprise software platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365, NetSuite, Jira, and modern data warehouses.

• Proven ability to work directly with non-technical teams and transform complex processes into functional systems.

• Sound judgment in environments sensitive to security and compliance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of drafting a one-page architecture memo for executives.

• Prior experience in forward-deployed roles, solutions architecture, or embedded consulting is a plus.

• Practical experience with Agentforce, Copilot Studio, AWS Bedrock, Anthropic or OpenAI APIs, or MCP-based tool integration is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Power Automate, Workato, n8n, or UiPath is a plus.

• Exposure to SOX, FedRAMP, or comparable control environments is beneficial.

• Experience in security or PKI firms, or in businesses where trust is paramount, is a plus.
