Senior AI Project Manager, CX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee software and AI/GenAI delivery projects that engage customers, from inception to completion.

• Ensure projects are aligned with established scope, timelines, and customer expectations.

• Develop and sustain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and essential delivery documentation.

• Relay project status, risks, and dependencies to both customers and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in managing escalations with professionalism and prompt follow-up.

• Coordinate cross-departmental teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Participate in the adoption of PMO best practices and ongoing improvement initiatives.

• Modify project plans in response to evolving priorities or customer requirements.

• Aid in AI project delivery, which includes assessing data readiness, model performance, output quality, AI-related risks, performance KPIs, cost factors, and governance aspects.

• Utilize AI tools for automation, analysis, or documentation in daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing software or SaaS delivery projects that are customer-focused.

• Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

• Familiarity with technical, SaaS, and/or AI/GenAI project environments.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and risk management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Proficient in project management tools (preference for MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI).

• Experience in AI delivery is preferred, especially with conversational AI, LLM, or NLU projects.

• Capability to evaluate AI use cases at a fundamental level and assist in assessing data readiness.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts and the limitations of prompting.

• Understanding of the fundamentals of AI governance and safety, including guardrails and data handling practices.

• PMP certification is preferred.
