This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of water infrastructure initiatives, encompassing treatment, pumping, conveyance, storage, and distribution systems.
• Act as a senior client partner, nurturing and sustaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of engineers and designers.
• Establish technical direction and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative workplace culture.
• Create innovative and resilient solutions to intricate water-related challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure quality control and promote consistent project outcomes.
• Contribute to practice growth through proposal development, strategic initiatives, and the enhancement of client relationships and market presence.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Assist in business development endeavors and mentor developing professionals.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Extensive experience in leading the design and implementation of water and/or wastewater treatment and conveyance projects.
• Preferred: A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in spearheading market or regional growth strategies, with a focus on business development, client expansion, and delivery performance.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multidisciplinary project portfolios.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively at the executive level.
• Previous experience in, or strong alignment with, an employee-owned organization.
• Must possess authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
