Project Manager, Design Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of more than 10 designers and manage a portfolio consisting of over 100 clients.

• Allocate incoming design assignments to designers with the appropriate skill sets.

• Manage workloads effectively to ensure that 24-hour delivery commitments are consistently achieved.

• Evaluate completed tasks against client specifications and authorize the final deliverables.

• Handle leave requests, facilitate internal and external communication, and resolve any issues that arise.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

• Conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations.

• Provide one-on-one and group training on onboarding, effective customer communication, and time management.

• Engage through chat, email, or video calls to navigate complex client relationships and keep projects on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.

• Strong understanding of graphic design and/or web design principles.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, and Notion.

• Basic knowledge of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Confident and direct communicator with the capability to provide constructive feedback.

• Quick learner who adapts to change seamlessly.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time from 9 AM to 6 PM, without exceptions.
