This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct project teams and client organizations in Agile/Scrum methodologies and principles.
• Mentor teams towards self-organization and enhance their Scrum proficiency.
• Eliminate barriers and promote dialogue, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Enhance internal and external communication while boosting transparency.
• Guide the Product Sponsor in refining and managing the product backlog.
• Provide servant leadership and exemplify best practices.
• Evaluate resource utilization and assess future resource allocation requirements.
• Spot and cultivate additional revenue opportunities for services.
• Grasp client requirements, align them with services or products, and manage expectations effectively.
• Articulate project objectives and key success factors clearly.
• Organize and manage technical projects from inception to delivery.
• Guarantee successful service delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee project initiation, contractual commitments, client needs, and necessary contacts.
• Formulate and implement project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify resources and designate project roles accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Delegate and monitor project team tasks while providing technical and analytical guidance.
• Engage with clients on technical issues.
• Manage project risks, challenges, and monitor progress against deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
• Assist in resolving problems and mitigating risks.
• Oversee the integration of vendor/subcontractor tasks and deliverables.
• Conduct project closure, handover, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Identify and apply enhancements to project management processes.
• Keep project information current in AHEAD systems, including Salesforce and FinancialForce.
• Experience in observability implementation projects utilizing Dynatrace, Tanium, LogicMonitor, Cribl, Splunk, and/or Grafana.
• Proven ability to independently handle medium to high-risk, complex, and high-visibility projects.
• Familiarity with project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledge of project management best practices, including PMBOK standards.
• Understanding of the company’s products and services.
• Comprehension of IT project methodologies and life cycles, including conversions, incremental, rapid delivery, and waterfall phases.
• Outstanding analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, conflict management, and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in data center infrastructure hardware and/or software.
• Proficient in advanced project management software.
• Capability to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to facilitate engagement with executive-level clients.
• Skill in setting clear expectations, managing team performance, and fostering team morale.
