Senior AI Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Define the architectural vision for products evolving from Labs, transitioning from prototype to production.

• Create and develop production-quality agentic workflows, encompassing retrieval, tool utilization, multi-step planning, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and safety measures.

• Offer senior-level technical advice for architectural choices that affect multiple teams.

• Set technical benchmarks and engineering practices throughout the organization.

• Make substantial individual contributions to the SaaS product across both Azure and AWS platforms.

• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Mentor and support engineers while shaping the engineering culture.

• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications that interact with customers and agentic systems.

• Implement and uphold automated testing methodologies, including assessments for AI components.

• Assist in the modernization and unification of legacy integration interfaces.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional software development experience.

• More than 3 years in senior, lead, or principal positions.

• Proficient coding skills in commonly used programming languages.

• Strong practical knowledge of Azure and AWS platforms.

• Familiarity with container orchestration, serverless technologies, messaging systems, identity management, and managed data stores.

• Experience in a production environment with Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.

• Proven track record of delivering LLM-powered features in production.

• Experience with retrieval processes, embeddings, tool invocation, structured outputs, and analyzing cost/latency trade-offs.

• Experience in designing comprehensive agentic workflows.

• Ability to lead architectural projects across teams.

• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

• Familiarity with SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI principles, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

• Knowledge of C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript, and Vue.js is beneficial.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Working knowledge of MCP, agent frameworks, and evaluation frameworks is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or SageMaker is a plus.

• Experience with Autodesk products and APIs is a plus.

• Knowledge in construction, MEP, or manufacturing domains is an added advantage.

• Experience with large-scale migrations or architectural transformations is a plus.

• Understanding of modern serverless technologies is a plus.

• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message-based integration is a plus.
