Senior AI Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and improve AI agents and orchestration functionalities using Python, LangGraph, and LangChain.

• Create and enhance AI-driven guided workflows and automation functionalities.

• Conceptualize, develop, and refine conversational AI and chat-based interactions.

• Execute agent planning, orchestration, memory management, tool-calling, and response generation functionalities.

• Integrate AI agents and applications with enterprise systems, services, and APIs.

• Support contemporary AI integration frameworks and agent communication methodologies.

• Implement AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and performance tracking features.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to accelerate platform development and deliver business use cases.

• Resolve technical issues, enhance solution reliability, and promote continuous platform improvements.

• Participate in architectural discussions, best practices, and scalable AI engineering standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of practical experience in Python development and enterprise application creation.

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience with LangGraph, covering agent workflows, stateful orchestration, multi-agent systems, and AI-driven execution processes.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with LangChain, including LLM-powered applications, tool integrations, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and workflow automation.

• Strong grasp of agentic AI principles, including AI agents, planning, orchestration, memory management, and tool-calling frameworks.

• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications and solutions.

• Expertise in integrating AI applications with enterprise platforms, backend services, and APIs.

• Experience in designing and implementing conversational AI and chat-based applications in live environments.

• Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, telemetry, and evaluation frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of software engineering best practices, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Experience working in Agile development settings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

• Experience in building and deploying multi-agent AI solutions in production environments.

• Proficiency in implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge-based AI systems.

• Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Experience working on centralized AI platforms that support various business functions and use cases.

• Exposure to healthcare or other highly regulated enterprise contexts.

• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
