This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.
• Oversee the enhancement of AI capabilities and the practical integration of AI throughout SOFTSWISS.
• Design and implement educational programs, workshops, e-learning materials, and hands-on sessions.
• Assist employees in understanding and utilizing approved AI tools, agents, MCPs, skills, and automation techniques.
• Guide employees in recognizing opportunities to improve work processes through AI implementation.
• Convert technical AI concepts into straightforward, actionable guidance for non-technical individuals.
• Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence on AI education, practical applications, and adoption strategies.
• Gather AI-related requirements and use cases from various teams and organize them for future evaluation.
• Differentiate between use cases that are suitable for learning and self-service enablement and those that necessitate technical or security assessment.
• Foster the development of an internal AI community and a network of AI advocates.
• Produce practical guides, templates, use cases, and best practices based on authorized tools and solutions.
• Assist in the communication and execution of AI-related policies, governance, and principles of responsible use.
• Incorporate guidance on confidentiality, data privacy, cybersecurity, and information security in educational materials.
• Gather feedback from employees and teams, sharing outcomes, challenges, and practical results with the AI Center of Excellence.
• Investigate emerging AI tools and communicate relevant advancements to the AI Center of Excellence.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, digital learning, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of creating and delivering educational programs.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with AI agents, automation, MCPs, custom skills, or other similar emerging technologies.
• Experience in translating technical or digital solutions into practical learning or adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to clarify complex topics for non-technical audiences effectively.
• Strong self-directed learning, research, and experimentation abilities.
• Knowledge of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and information security principles.
• Experience in creating e-learning or digital learning content.
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal.
