Senior AI Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and develop scalable multi-agent systems that automate intricate, multi-step business operations.

• Convert existing workflows and create innovative multi-agent frameworks for emerging opportunities.

• Execute agentic solutions utilizing orchestration frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, and CrewAI.

• Create secure tool-calling architectures that enable LLMs to safely communicate with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.

• Apply LLMOps and AgentOps best practices.

• Address AI-specific security concerns, including prompt injection, hallucination loops, and unauthorized tool execution.

• Collaborate under the supervision of the Chief AI & Analytics Officer.

• Travel as necessary for meetings with clients, stakeholders, or off-site personnel and management.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience specifically in generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures.

• Expert-level skills in Python and/or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with MCP architectures.

• Proficient in Rust.

• In-depth knowledge of agentic design patterns, including ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, and Tree of Thoughts.

• Significant experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.

• Experience with open-weight models like Llama 3 and Mistral.

• Knowledge of vector and graph databases.

• Experience with RAG architectures, including GraphRAG and hybrid search.

• Strong foundation in cloud architecture using AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Proficient in Docker/Kubernetes containerization.

• Preferred: experience in deploying multi-agent architectures at an enterprise scale.

• Preferred: expert-level proficiency in Rust.

• Preferred: extensive experience with RAG architectures.
