This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Guide teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and flow-based methodologies.
• Initiate, coach, and develop Agile teams.
• Act as Scrum Master when necessary and facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Mentor Product Owners, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Drive organizational change and the adoption of innovative working methods.
• Create and deliver Agile and Jira training programs.
• Function as the CMKT lead Jira Administrator and serve as a Jira expert.
• Set up and enhance workflows, boards, dashboards, permissions, automations, reporting, and governance standards.
• Advocate for metrics and objective measures to boost team performance.
• Enhance predictability, transparency, and delivery results through flow metrics and continuous improvement.
• Organize workshops for teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Eliminate impediments and assist teams in achieving high performance.
• Over 10 years of experience in Agile coaching and/or Agile delivery.
• Practical experience in roles such as Product Owner, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Development Team Member.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Agile principles, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in advanced Jira administration and governance.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in implementing Agile practices across various work cultures and environments.
• Proven experience in planning and problem-solving with product management and delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as required by business needs.
• Preferred certifications include CSP, CSM, CSPO, Atlassian Certified Professional, or PMP.
