SAFe Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the success of high-performing Agile teams

• Encourage collaboration among team members

• Enable effective delivery processes within a SAFe framework

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams

• Support the implementation of Agile methodologies

• Eliminate obstacles that hinder progress

• Advocate for continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile settings

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)

• Practical experience within a SAFe environment

• SAFe certification (SSM or SASM) is a plus

• Proficient in using Jira

• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, particularly with distributed teams
