This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the agile development and delivery of solutions, guiding development teams towards structured, iterative, and rapid value provisioning.

• Cultivate an agile solution delivery culture and educate the wider organization on agile practices.

• Advise Scrum teams and the organization on widely accepted Agile/Scrum methodologies and everyday operations.

• Encourage prioritization, team preparedness, and commitment during sprints.

• Utilize empirical data to evaluate Scrum maturity, enhance team velocity, and pinpoint areas for improvement.

• Resolve systemic obstacles to team agility and provide guidance on escalation processes.

• Collaborate with Product teams for ongoing backlog refinement.

• Strategize and implement data and information engineering projects through agile methods.

• Coordinate with Business and Technical teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement.

• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

• Lead a team of Scrum Masters and delivery leads as organizational demands increase.

• Collaborate across Data Architecture, Software Engineering, Business Information Management, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver comprehensive enterprise solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, data execution and delivery, and analytics engineering solutions, especially in managing high-visibility, ambiguous, and complex projects.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a practicing agile Scrum Master.

• At least five (5) years of leadership experience in solution delivery, particularly in information management and data engineering, analytics delivery (Kanban), and simplifying operational workflows.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing large-scale initiatives aligned with strategic business goals through application and data architecture and business-facing solutions.

• At least two (2) years of experience with Azure DevOps is highly preferred.

• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in mentoring and developing Scrum team members is strongly preferred.

• Proof of vaccination or a completed vaccine declination form is required prior to employment.
