📋 Description

• Guide teams in advanced Scrum practices and scaled environments.

• Facilitate the adoption of Agile principles and encourage continuous improvement.

• Ensure the effective and consistent application of Scrum artifacts.

• Provide guidance on scaled Agile frameworks for larger programs and cross-functional teams.

• Support multiple Scrum teams or complex team structures.

• Coach Product Owners and Scrum teams on backlog refinement and prioritization.

• Assist teams in breaking down epics and user stories while adhering to the INVEST criteria.

• Promote prioritization techniques like MoSCoW.

• Encourage team self-organization and proactive resolution of impediments.

• Facilitate team health checks and retrospectives.

• Analyze delivery metrics such as capacity, cycle time, and sprint predictability.

• Utilize data to enhance planning, WIP limits, and delivery confidence.

• Share metrics with Product Owners and Product Managers while safeguarding teams from data misuse.

• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and lead Agile workshops or Communities of Practice.

• Drive organizational agility by promoting cross-training, job shadowing, and maturity assessments.

• Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate activities through Scrum of Scrums or PI Planning.

• Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and other roles to align timelines, goals, and handoffs.

• Maintain communication channels across departments as priorities evolve.

• Share insights, tools, and techniques within the Scrum Master Community of Practice.

• Engage in learning and certification initiatives.

• Work with leaders to enhance Agile practices and support transformation objectives.

• Exemplify Agile leadership behaviors that motivate change and yield results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.

• Practical knowledge of Agile scaling models and their implementation in complex settings.

• Proficiency in backlog management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Rally.

• Familiarity with the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC), ADO, and product management practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work cross-functionally with Product Owners, stakeholders, and fellow Scrum Masters.

• Ability to support multiple Scrum teams or oversee a single complex team.

• Understanding of product roadmaps and portfolio-level priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile certification is advantageous.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.

• A Master's degree is preferred.

• 5 or more years of progressive experience is preferred.
