Scrum Master – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as a Scrum Master, fostering the application of Agile principles and Scrum practices within the team.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies.

• Identify and eliminate impediments and blockers, ensuring the team can progress with work efficiently.

• Support the team in planning, prioritizing, and achieving Sprint objectives.

• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by utilizing Retrospectives to identify and implement enhancements.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders.

• Assist in managing and resolving conflicts within the team.

• Monitor the dynamics and evolution of the team, identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

• Support the Product Owner and the team in managing and prioritizing the backlog as necessary.

• Promote Agile values, including transparency, autonomy, accountability, and team collaboration.

• Contribute to a work environment focused on continuous delivery and enhancing team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, particularly with Scrum and/or Kanban.

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

• Experience in facilitating Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Demonstrated ability to identify, manage, and remove impediments and blockers for the team.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to support the team in prioritization, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.

• High sense of autonomy, proactivity, and dynamism.
