This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Guide Agile teams and leaders on Agile principles, roles, practices, and team structures to enhance flow, predictability, and outcomes.

• Identify and assist in eliminating systemic barriers that restrict team efficiency, delivery flow, or the consistent application of Agile methodologies.

• Conduct Agile workshops, training, and coaching sessions customized to team roles and the Agile maturity levels.

• Enhance Agile reporting and tooling practices to boost transparency, delivery visibility, and promote continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, product owners, delivery teams, technical project leaders, and stakeholders to refine delivery practices across technical initiatives.

• Report on Agile adoption progress, delivery risks, areas for improvement, and suggest actions to project and functional leaders.

• Provide mentorship to peers and team members on effective Agile behaviors, team facilitation, continuous improvement, and the successful use of Agile ceremonies.

• Manage a complex Agile workstream or technical delivery area and offer peer coaching at the senior technical level as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• At least 7 years of experience in Agile coaching, enterprise Agile transformation, technical project management, program management, Scrum Master, Product Manager, or a related field is required.

• Certification in SAFe SPC Certification, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Agile methodologies, or equivalent is preferred.
