This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Make approximately 75 outbound calls daily, engaging with students and families for around 4 hours each day.
• Keep thorough notes and maintain precise, complete database records for students and families.
• Inform students and families about Verto’s educational offerings, advantages, and the partner-college process.
• Create educational materials and communicate through phone, email, SMS, and Zoom.
• Organize and host large-scale live virtual webinars.
• Provide clear, effective, exceptional, and timely communication across various channels.
• Utilize reporting to maintain an accurate overview of student progress towards action items.
• Finalize enrollment and meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
• Ensure accurate student records and maintain CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with academic, onboarding, marketing, student financial services, on-site, and university partnership stakeholders.
• Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, and other pertinent policies.
• During off-peak admissions periods, reach out to enrolled students and families regarding onboarding and pre-arrival tasks.
• Manage a caseload of enrolled students.
• Address inquiries throughout the pre-departure lifecycle.
• Prepare and review pre-departure materials.
• Assist in developing processes for new programs, products, and improvements.
• Help coordinate live events for admissions, onboarding, student financial services, and community-building activities.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Capable of working remotely.
• Willingness to travel for at least 2 - 3 weeks annually.
• Must reside in the US and work within a time zone that is within 1 hour of the continental US (GMT -8 through GMT -3).
• From September to May, available during standard business hours approximately 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. aligned with Mountain or Pacific time.
• Flexibility to work some weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Familiarity with the US higher education system.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey complex information in both one-on-one and group settings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Capability to follow through multi-step processes effectively.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and self-directed individual.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented, with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• 2 years of sales experience or study-abroad experience preferred.
• Experience working with student and parent populations preferred.
• Experience living, traveling, or studying abroad preferred.
