Senior Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete revenue operations process, including generating quotes and invoices, reconciling discrepancies, tracking receivables, and ensuring timely collections.

• Verify the accuracy of invoices in relation to order forms.

• Address discrepancies with sales or customers effectively.

• Provide responses to customer and sales inquiries regarding invoicing.

• Assume responsibility for collections and assert when necessary.

• Facilitate accurate revenue reporting by working alongside the accounting team.

• Analyze SQL query outputs.

• Enhance QuickBooks Online and Stripe functionalities.

• Spearhead upgrades, automation initiatives, and process enhancements.

• Engage with clients about billing, invoices, and payment timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies, emphasizing Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.

• Demonstrated experience managing the entire revenue cycle, from quote to cash.

• Advanced expertise in QuickBooks Online and Stripe.

• Capability to assess SQL outputs for precision.

• Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies and advocate when necessary with customers or sales teams.

• Experience in process enhancements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.

• Understanding of startup accounting methodologies.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

• Bonus if familiar with tools like Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Mercury, Chase, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proactive, detail-oriented self-starter exhibiting high integrity, ownership, and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• General understanding of AI applications in accounting and operations is an advantage.
