Senior Accounts Receivable and Credit Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Daily management and reconciliation of incoming payments.

• Executing accounts receivable payment processes.

• Administering and tracking accounts receivable dunning procedures.

• Overseeing outstanding receivables and addressing payment discrepancies along with open items.

• Conducting credit assessments and evaluating the creditworthiness of existing customers.

• Engaging and collaborating with trade credit insurance providers.

• Managing and tracking installment payment plans, debt collection efforts, and insolvency cases.

• Handling incoming correspondence through email, fax, and postal services.

• Compiling analyses and reports related to accounts receivable and credit management.

• Executing general accounting tasks in the realm of accounts receivable and credit management.

• Working in partnership with internal departments, clients, and external partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a similar qualification.

• Preferably, experience in credit management, accounting, or accounts receivable.

• Strong accounting expertise and experience with open items, incoming payments, and account reconciliations.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar ERP systems is a plus.

• Strong numerical aptitude, combined with a meticulous, structured, and independent working approach.

• Excellent communication abilities, professionalism, and assertiveness in customer interactions.

• Team-oriented mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, and a high degree of reliability.
