This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +2 more states.
• Oversee and enhance current accounts throughout North America.
• Cultivate and sustain knowledge of market conditions and competition to aid in product and solution innovation.
• Recognize growth potential and emerging markets for filament products, concentrating on high-value applications.
• Formulate strategic account plans and drive top-line growth via Key Account Management.
• Establish growth strategies, deliver account planning, and develop multi-tiered, cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to provide customized customer solutions.
• Gather customer insights and pinpoint sales opportunities across various channels.
• Construct and maintain a sales funnel to meet revenue, volume, and margin objectives.
• Keep track of the brushes and filaments market, including competitors and trends.
• Engage in complex negotiations to secure favorable commercial results.
• Partner with downstream brand owners to stimulate demand and enhance brand recognition through marketing initiatives.
• Identify high-growth markets and establish strategy, business model, product positioning, margin structure, and sales channels.
• Propel execution to expedite growth.
• Conduct regular sales-objective management, including Key Account Plans, Call Reports, and funnel-execution tracking.
• A Bachelor's degree is required in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of pertinent commercial experience.
• Strong business, financial, and legal insight.
• Experience in polymers, synthetic materials, or related sectors is advantageous.
• Proficient negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• National/global account management experience is preferred.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to identify business opportunities.
• Analytical skills to develop business cases and assess market data.
• Energetic, self-driven, and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to excel in a results-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt in multicultural environments.
• Strong negotiation capabilities with a focus on financial outcomes.
• Proficiency in collaborating with local and global technical and administrative support teams.
• Capacity to explore uncertain markets, adjust to changing priorities, and tackle challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States is mandatory for applicants.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening is requested in the application process.
• Up to 50% travel within the country and between regions.
