This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of strategy for primary channel clients
• Take responsibility for Marketplace performance and grasp Marketplace product and commercial priorities
• Assist Retail Media Managers and Executives in the implementation and evolution of client strategy
• Collaborate with the Croudie Network, SEO, Display, Analytics, and Tech teams to promote Marketplace best practices
• Establish client Marketplace strategy and work with the Marketplace Manager to enhance profitability
• Supervise the creation of new Vendor and Seller accounts along with brand registries
• Provide guidance to clients on inventory management
• Aid in the daily management of Amazon services, including PDP optimization, AMS paid advertising, A+ content, Amazon Stores, reporting and analysis, as well as product data updates
• Propel the implementation and development of client Account Development Plans
• Innovate methods and products to advance client strategy
• Offer direction for daily client operations and performance oversight
• Manage client budgets across various accounts and engines to ensure maximum efficiency
• Lead team members in addressing both client and internal requirements
• Drive team performance to achieve monthly margin and incremental revenue objectives
• Promote knowledge sharing and cross-channel process execution
• Pioneer technologies and methodologies while monitoring market trends
• Assist in the development of the tech roadmap
• Degree-level education or equivalent/relevant work experience
• Significant experience in a Marketplace role within a digital organization
• Advanced knowledge of current Marketplace best practices and current paid search strategies
• Proven success in driving Marketplace performance in highly competitive environments
• Solid understanding of digital marketing activities beyond Marketplace, with some knowledge of cross-channel operations
• Established experience in client insight development and forecasting industry changes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to showcase innovation and initiative
• Track record of meeting multiple deadlines and guiding a team to achieve those deadlines
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Capability to manage large volumes of data
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation abilities
• Proven negotiation skills
• Capacity to identify opportunities, generate ideas, and independently formulate strategies
• Demonstrated experience in managing client expectations
• Willingness to work standard hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional hours outside this timeframe if necessary
• Flexible working hours, if arranged in advance with line managers
• Standard working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
