This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior strategic consultant and the primary liaison for a portfolio of performance marketing clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term account strategies that align with client goals, growth objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, executive presentations, and complex discussions with clients.
• Oversee strategy and performance for advanced affiliate marketing programs.
• Recruit, activate, optimize, and expand relationships with high-value publishers.
• Create integrated strategies encompassing affiliate, creator and influencer marketing, content, paid social, performance PR, AI visibility, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage performance in relation to client KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Analyze intricate performance data and convert insights into strategic recommendations.
• Develop forecasts, projections, testing plans, and business cases.
• Identify issues related to attribution, tracking, and measurement, collaborating with Analytics to address them.
• Utilize AI for insights, planning, research, reporting, workflow automation, forecasting, and optimization.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior and executive stakeholders at client organizations.
• Recognize opportunities to expand client programs, budgets, partnerships, and service offerings.
• Assist in renewal and expansion discussions.
• Provide mentorship to Account Managers and junior team members.
• Enhance internal processes, workflows, documentation, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to PartnerCentric’s services and operational methodologies.
• 5–7+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing, or related fields, ideally in an agency setting.
• Extensive experience in independently managing complex client relationships and performance marketing initiatives.
• Profound understanding of affiliate marketing strategy, including publishers, networks, tracking, attribution, commission structures, and optimization techniques.
• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content marketing, paid social, performance PR, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate strategic recommendations that drive measurable revenue and program growth.
• Proven experience advising senior and executive stakeholders at client organizations.
• Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement methodologies.
• Ability to pinpoint client growth opportunities and facilitate expansion and renewal discussions.
• Excellent analytical abilities with the skill to translate complex data into clear recommendations and persuasive client narratives.
• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Capability to manage multiple complex accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Proven track record of mentoring colleagues and contributing to team development.
• A passion for innovation and a strong desire to leverage AI technology.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Partnerize, Rakuten, ShareASale, Awin, or similar systems.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside and perform work physically within the United States.
• Must have unrestricted, independent work authorization that does not require future employer sponsorship.
