This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance value for MANTL customers by establishing strategic partnerships.
• Develop account strategies and spearhead renewals and expansions for a designated group of accounts.
• Cultivate significant relationships with customer executives.
• Offer expertise in deposit origination and digital banking strategies.
• Establish a clear vision and plan for shared success with each customer.
• Formulate account strategies, perform whitespace analyses, prioritize outreach, forecast opportunities, and meet quotas.
• Gain a deep understanding of MANTL products, communicate offerings, cross-sell products, and direct commercial discussions through contracting.
• Create a proactive outreach cadence for clients and conduct semi-annual reviews.
• Act as the primary contact for business opportunities, issues, and inquiries.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and referenceability through ticket analysis and resolution.
• Analyze and present customer reports, offer recommendations, and address renewal risks.
• Optimize the customer experience across the business portfolio and prioritize product enhancements.
• Manage tickets, evaluate severity and priority, and coordinate with engineering when necessary.
• Oversee client communications, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with client deliverables.
• Lead the implementation of the new platform alongside clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with new client launches in collaboration with implementation teams.
• Provide ongoing product training and identify FAQ content for helpdesk articles and videos.
• A minimum of 6 years of Account Management experience, demonstrating the ability to forecast and manage the entire renewal deal cycle.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to adapt strategies to align with business needs and flexibly respond to changing client requirements.
• Proven ability to analyze and leverage data effectively.
• Experience in creating business review presentations and using data to identify pain points or highlight opportunities.
• Proven collaboration skills across various functions, including product, sales, reporting, legal, and finance.
• Positive demeanor and ability to uplift Account Management colleagues.
• High initiative and ability to work independently.
• Competence in managing stressful situations and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment.
• A background in banking or Fintech is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
