Senior Account Manager, Managed Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients.

• Oversee daily account management, renewal strategies, service delivery, and client communications.

• Collaborate with Risk Analysts, Senior Risk Analysts, brokers, and carrier partners to fulfill client deliverables.

• Advise clients on risk management approaches, coverage requirements, service plans, and program goals.

• Evaluate client exposures, claims patterns, and risk data.

• Direct renewal processes, including underwriting details, timelines, marketing initiatives, and recommendations.

• Create and present proposals, service plans, stewardship reports, and renewal presentations.

• Discover opportunities to enhance client results and facilitate retention and growth.

• Guide and assist Risk Analysts and Senior Risk Analysts.

• Maintain necessary licensing and stay updated on industry and market trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• 4-7 years of experience in commercial insurance, brokerage, or risk advisory roles.

• Active state insurance license(s) or the capability to obtain and maintain such licenses.

• Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and consultancy.

• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize competing tasks.

• Professional certifications (CPCU, ARM) are preferred.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.
