Senior Account Manager – Legal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the overall relationship with assigned accounts, serving as the primary contact and escalation point.

• Establish robust, trusted relationships with stakeholders (including executive sponsors) to influence IT strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Engage clients regularly and conduct quarterly business reviews to share performance insights and uncover growth opportunities.

• Create strategic account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, and drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with pre-sales to comprehend client business processes and shape future plans and IT strategies.

• Recommend customized solutions to aid client transformation efforts.

• Relay developments from Microsoft and partner products to maintain consistent messaging.

• Work closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless delivery, commercial alignment, and prompt invoicing.

• Draft proposals, manage quotes/orders in D365 CE, and keep accurate account records.

• Assist marketing by obtaining case studies, contributing to events, and promoting new services.

• Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities, driving solutions and enhancements.

• Exhibit commercial awareness by translating client business drivers into impactful solutions and revenue streams.

• Proven experience in managing and expanding accounts within the Legal industry.

• Demonstrated history of handling complex accounts, fostering client success, and closing solution-oriented sales.

• Strong commercial insight, capable of translating client business drivers and risks into upsell and growth opportunities.

• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with the credibility to engage confidently at senior and executive levels.

• Consultative mindset, adept at asking the right questions and building trusted, long-lasting partnerships.

• Adaptable, proactive, and resilient, with a passion for learning, embracing feedback, and striving for continuous improvement.

• Highly organized and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, balancing client needs with internal objectives.

• A collaborative team player, able to work independently and across global teams.

• Willingness to assist in new business development and contribute to bid or pursuit activities.

• Energetic, dedicated, and able to excel in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
