This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive demand and achieve Revenue AOP and Order AOP targets.
• Oversee Platinum CPP accounts and monitor business metrics such as VCM and price realization.
• Review SMA agreements, manage renewals, price adjustments, and MOV.
• Engage with end-user customers and partners to identify, create, and close opportunities, generating demand.
• Participate in sales calls to recommend products, provide technical sales assistance, and support the closure of significant opportunities.
• Cultivate key customer relationships through regular visits, innovation initiatives, brand marketing, co-marketing, retail channel trends, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists and Front-line Sellers on product knowledge, regulatory compliance, sales visits, product recommendations, demonstrations, and training.
• Analyze pipelines, monitor trends, add coaching notes, and coordinate with zone managers.
• Forecast demand and communicate requirements to the supply chain through detailed forecasts and SIOP.
• Inform demand planners of significant purchases and unexpected demand increases.
• Work with Program Management, Product Offering, and Engineering on customer development requests and the delivery of new product developments.
• Lead discussions with customers regarding global brand manufacturing footprint strategies.
• Formulate sales forecasts and OEM-based business plans and strategies.
• Pursue and surpass established goals.
• Established and demonstrated OEM relationships along with strong negotiation skills.
• Background in engineering.
• Experience with product development and offerings.
• Expertise in contract negotiations.
• Sales experience in life safety, BMS, security, or similar industries.
• Proven sales experience in Fire Detection Systems and related advanced technologies.
• Experience in product management.
• Background in brand management.
• Strong sales, commercial, and negotiation background.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Exceptional customer communication skills and established relationships within the industrial/building technology sector.
• Proficient in oral and written communication for customer and management interactions.
• Excellent customer service and innovative, efficient communication skills.
• MBA or master’s degree (preferred).
• Capability to develop and nurture strong customer relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitive platforms, products, and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
