This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions and daily advisory services.
• Oversee, promote, and enhance campaigns for prominent regional gaming publishers.
• Develop campaign strategies informed by data analysis, client requirements, creativity, and best practices of the company.
• Provide updates on campaign progress and suggest enhancement ideas for key clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction while achieving goals on a large scale.
• Share information regarding the company's services and products.
• Assist in the integration and optimization of gaming campaigns.
• Collect, assess, and process orders while ensuring timely payments.
• Enhance clients’ advertising strategies and offer retargeting suggestions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and digital advertising trends, particularly in-app gaming advertising.
• Collaborate on a daily basis with commercial, technical, creative, headquarters, sales, and other internal teams.
• Guarantee prompt customer service and sustainable campaigns tailored to client needs and product expertise.
• Recommend new tools and process solutions to develop gaming subject-matter expertise.
• Experience in the ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising sector, especially with in-app gaming performance retargeting campaigns and the RTB process from a full-service (managed) DSP viewpoint.
• Proficient in collaborating with MMPs and utilizing other integration and data analytics tools.
• Minimum of 2 years in managing accounts for large clients, preferably within the in-app gaming sector.
• Capable of communicating with various senior stakeholders and grasping customer needs.
• A broad network of business contacts within leading gaming studios is a significant advantage.
• Strong results-driven mindset and consultative approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in an international setting.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with customer support and project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese is required.
• Business-level Japanese or Korean is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Genuine enthusiasm for mobile growth marketing, gaming, and AI technologies.
• Previous experience in a business venture or startup is beneficial.
