This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of key enterprise clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships within payer organizations.
• Facilitate regular client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Spot and pursue opportunities for account growth, including upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
• Work alongside Sales and Product teams to create customized proposals and solution strategies.
• Articulate the value of MedInsight’s product offerings and pinpoint suitable solutions.
• Advocate for client needs internally with the Product, Implementation, Engineering, and Support teams.
• Assist in ensuring seamless onboarding, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Relay client feedback to inform product enhancements and drive innovation.
• Aid in defining and improving best practices and processes for account management.
• Guide clients on utilizing healthcare analytics tools and services effectively.
• Convert executive analytical requirements into actionable solutions using MedInsight’s capabilities.
• Level 4 necessitates 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting; Level 3 requires less than 5 years.
• Ideally possess experience in healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, or related services.
• Comprehensive understanding of the payer landscape and healthcare ecosystem, encompassing Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial health plans, TPAs, and ACOs.
• Demonstrated success in managing large, complex accounts while enhancing client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Capability to engage and persuade senior executives and technical leaders.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proficiency with CRM, Client Digital Sales Rooms, Project Management Software, Call Recording, and various digital sales tools.
• Familiarity with healthcare data platforms, population health tools, or analytics applications.
• Understanding of HEDIS, population health, risk adjustment, and value-based payment models.
• Previous experience in a consulting firm, health plan, or health tech organization is highly preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman, now or in the future.
