This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, leading discussions and managing day-to-day interactions.
• Transform strategic concepts into actionable plans and ensure effective follow-through on live campaigns.
• Manage campaign initiatives from start to finish, aligning recommendations with client goals and KPIs.
• Formulate strategic arguments and perspectives, challenge creative proposals when necessary, and advocate for testable methods.
• Monitor trends among creators and platforms, converting them into innovative ideas and competitive advantages.
• Conduct client check-ins, provide updates, summarize follow-ups, manage QBRs, and facilitate internal meetings.
• Take ownership of ongoing performance reports related to client KPIs and articulate results in clear narratives.
• Direct and optimize project workflows, timelines, briefs, and management documentation.
• Identify chances to enhance client relationships, boost account retention, and refine workflows.
• Implement and utilize AI tools for research, reporting, campaign development, and workflow optimization.
• Manage cost creator trackers and budget oversight reports; collaborate with finance on creator compensation and campaign budget discussions.
• Proactively spot retention risks and foster trust and results that encourage renewals.
• Facilitate alignment among creator teams and assist Account Coordinators and Senior Account Coordinators.
• Collaborate with the paid amplification team on integrated cross-functional initiatives.
• Handle multiple clients and competing deadlines while effectively communicating potential risks.
• Present comprehensive reports and updates both internally and externally.
• 3 to 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator operations, or a similar agency role.
• Practical knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube from the perspective of creator partnerships or brand marketing.
• Familiarity with Sprout Social or a comparable platform is a bonus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive briefs, POVs, and reports, and presenting confidently to clients.
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts or projects concurrently with minimal supervision, including mentoring or delegating tasks to team members.
• Ability to connect campaign performance to client business objectives; comfortable overseeing budget trackers and financial reconciliations.
• Understanding of full funnel performance metrics; able to discuss conversion, ROAS, and revenue effects, linking creator activities to tangible business results.
• Experience in converting a creator strategy into a performance-driven engine.
• Highly organized with a demonstrated history of managing various workstreams simultaneously.
• Analytical experience in data extraction and pattern recognition.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is expected; experience with BI reporting tools such as DOMO is a plus.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
