This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement direct sales strategies aimed at achieving annual sales goals.
• Identify and engage with key end customers based on target verticals to create sales opportunities.
• Maintain, manage, and expand the sales pipeline using a CRM tool, providing weekly progress updates.
• Collaborate closely with channel sales, partner sales, and OEM teams to further sales opportunities.
• Present company solutions to targeted end customers effectively.
• Work together with internal product, marketing, and sales teams to nurture the sales pipeline.
• Utilize the technical partner ecosystem to expand field reach and enhance customer engagement.
• Gather customer and market feedback for internal product teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Drive demand for Cornelis Networks products through its global channel and OEM partner network.
• Propel sales to end customers leveraging HPC, data analytics, and AI for mission-critical applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for in-person conferences and customer meetings.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM-related discipline.
• At least 7 years of proven success in selling High Performance Computing (HPC) or Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Successful experience in a startup “hunter” sales environment.
• Experience in a sales setting where over 50% of leads are self-generated.
• Proven experience in developing or supporting federal scientific grant proposals.
• Must have influenced, authored, or responded to a minimum of 5 grant-related RFQs in a research or sales capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technical sales landscape for high-performance network interconnect technologies.
• Established connections with key ecosystem partners and customers in higher education and automotive industry sectors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and lead-generation tools.
• Exemplary adherence to the highest ethical standards and integrity.
• Must reside in the United States.
