Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio consisting of medium-enterprise and high-profile retailers with a global footprint.

• Serve as the primary liaison and deliver exceptional client service.

• Enhance commercial opportunities and optimize the end-customer experience.

• Negotiate and influence key stakeholders during contractual discussions.

• Spearhead cross-functional initiatives as a representative within the Client Success team.

• Advocate for the customer's perspective within the organization and influence project directions and priorities.

• Ensure seamless daily client operations by identifying, addressing, or escalating issues.

• Establish portfolio strategy and ensure business units are aware of deliverables.

• Analyze trends and revenue opportunities to monitor and enhance the commercial health of the client portfolio.

• Manage significant client projects and align internal resources accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Senior Account Management and client-centric solution delivery.

• Essential experience in the Logistics or SaaS sector.

• In-depth knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, particularly in the returns sector.

• Prior experience with tools like HubSpot and Asana is preferable.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and relationships concurrently.

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on customer-oriented solutions.

• Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify and leverage revenue growth opportunities while minimizing risk.

• Familiarity with AI and related qualifications is desirable.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
