This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a designated portfolio of high-impact, intricate client accounts.
• Spearhead the creation of streamlined processes that support both customer and company strategic goals.
• Act as the expert advisor and primary contact for client service and marketing initiatives and challenges.
• Establish and nurture client relationships while identifying their goals and requirements.
• Serve as the main service point to enhance client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Create and manage strategic account plans that encompass objectives, communications, growth, and retention strategies.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal compliance regulations affecting clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and provide guidance to clients.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings and events, whether virtually or in person.
• Develop and oversee multiple complex implementation plans for new clients.
• Oversee client contracting processes and address complex contracting challenges.
• Manage communication strategies and collateral development for clients and members.
• Offer consultative benefits advice to clients and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Document intricate client requirements and ensure that servicing partners comprehend them.
• Monitor client accounts, identify issues, and implement innovative solutions.
• Escalate client concerns, lead meetings and task forces, and drive towards solutions.
• Coordinate product modifications with Sales and Product Marketing teams.
• Assess business challenges and recommend technological or product solutions.
• Promote programs and services to enhance account adoption, growth, and retention.
• Interpret, analyze, and disseminate complex client reports.
• Represent the business area in assigned projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in account management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare/insurance sector and benefits administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage responsibilities with minimal assistance or supervision.
• Capability to evolve into a subject matter expert on all products and services.
• Strong understanding of business objectives and the surrounding business environment.
• Proven experience in working within an agile setting and managing change effectively.
• Ability to tailor communication and interpersonal skills to suit various audiences, including senior leadership.
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to influence business partners.
• For remote positions, high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
