This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of retention and growth for a portfolio comprising Snowplow's largest and most intricate customer relationships.
• Report directly to the VP of Account Management as a senior individual contributor.
• Manage a strategic book of business while establishing benchmarks for engaging senior stakeholders.
• Transition single-brand footholds into multi-brand partnerships.
• Oversee accounts throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Technical Account Managers to grasp customer business and technical challenges.
• Cultivate relationships that extend beyond daily technical contacts.
• Analyze customers' corporate structures to facilitate successful deployments across various brands and business units.
• Retain and expand high-value SaaS accounts.
• More than 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management, particularly with technical products related to data infrastructure.
• Proven ability to foster relationships with VP/C-level stakeholders and navigate procurement, legal, and finance aspects in large or matrixed organizations.
• Experience in growing accounts across multiple brands, business units, or subsidiaries within a single corporate parent.
• A consistent record of exceeding performance targets in sales or account management roles within established companies as well as startup or Series B settings.
• Profound understanding of data analytics and cloud infrastructure.
• Practical experience using Challenger sales methodology and MEDDPICC.
• An entrepreneurial mindset towards territory planning and the ability to formulate an account-growth strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A proven history of retaining and growing high-value SaaS accounts.
• Background in data and AI, BI and analytics, adtech, or martech.
• Experience in selling or managing complex platforms or infrastructure products.
• Confidence in engaging with VP or C-level buyers.
• Experience in the media and publishing sector is a notable advantage, though not essential.
