Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Develop effective strategies for key accounts while incorporating industrial insights into market approaches.

• Create account plans, business strategies, DIN/DWIN objectives, manage issue escalations, and execute tactical plans.

• Launch customer product roadmaps and oversee executive appointments, forecasts, and backlog management.

• Regularly update customer roadmaps, organizational charts, contacts, challenges, revenue forecasts, and competitor developments at least on a quarterly basis.

• Relay customer expectations and requirements to internal marketing and engineering teams.

• Gather feedback from internal stakeholders and secure approvals to accurately set customer expectations.

• Provide weekly updates on customer status and coordinate weekly calls to resolve outstanding issues.

• Assist in developing innovations and new business models driven by customer requirements.

• Lead project management efforts, identify impacts and critical paths, manage escalations, and leverage resources to achieve success.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure quality and profitability in delivery and contract execution.

• Champion customer projects and cultivate relationships with both operational and senior customer executives to establish trust.


⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of experience in promoting semiconductor products.

• Experience with signal integrity products is preferred.

• Over 5 years of experience managing key accounts such as Accelink, HG, Coherent, and Credo is preferred.

• Strong vertical-market experience and established relationships with end customers like Alibaba, ByteDance, and Tencent are preferred.

• Exceptional ability to learn new technologies and products quickly.

• Comprehensive technical and application knowledge of the optical module sector, particularly in Datacom and Telecommunication applications.

• Demonstrated sales performance with a track record of achieving DIN and DWIN in competitive markets.

• Significant experience in business operations.

• Excellent logical thinking and comprehension capabilities.

• Willingness and capacity to manage challenging tasks and work effectively under pressure.

• Strong emphasis on results and operational excellence, alongside strategic thinking and collaboration.

• A positive, optimistic, and responsive attitude.

• Proficient communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
