Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise technical and operational tasks, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices.

• Guarantee the consistent provision of high-quality services.

• Manage staffing and training requirements.

• Oversee the preparation of budgets and manage profit and loss statements.

• Supervise the internal quality review process and provide monthly reports.

• Ensure compliance with client internal controls, audit requirements, and service agreement stipulations.

• Develop business plans with specific goals and objectives for assigned clients.

• Ensure adherence to claims management policies and procedures to align with service standards, state statutes/regulations, disability plan documents, industry best practices, and client service expectations.

• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Support the organization's quality initiatives.

• Implement company personnel policies and adhere to staffing standards and training recommendations.

• Conduct interviews, hire personnel, and create performance development plans for colleagues.

• Facilitate performance discussions with colleagues.

• Offer support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to enhance overall performance.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Travel as necessary.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

• Licenses as mandated.

• Relevant professional certifications appropriate to the business line are preferred.

• A minimum of eight (8) years of claims management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

• At least two (2) years of supervisory experience.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including adept presentation abilities.

• Proficient with PCs, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Possess leadership, management, and motivational skills.

• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to meet or surpass Performance Competencies.

• Proficient in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

• Willingness to travel as required.
