This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main contact for significant enterprise accounts, fostering executive-level relationships.
• Partner with Sales leadership to pinpoint, create, and implement strategic account plans aimed at expansion opportunities.
• Take ownership of account renewal and expansion objectives, ensuring precise forecasting and negotiating contracts and renewals.
• Create and execute detailed account plans in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams.
• Facilitate regular Quarterly Business Reviews with executive and C-suite stakeholders from client organizations.
• Keep accurate internal records concerning account health, renewal status, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the internal Executive Team on risks, opportunities, and significant initiatives.
• Foster customer advocacy initiatives, such as case studies, speaking engagements, and webinars.
• Inform executive stakeholders about new features, advanced use cases, and enterprise-level integrations.
• Work alongside Customer Success Managers, as well as Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Promote customer retention, success, growth, and expansion.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated capability to formulate and execute strategic plans and manage complex projects under executive oversight.
• Exceptional organization, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in articulating strategic value propositions and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Over 7 years of progressive experience managing and enhancing relationships with large, complex enterprise clients at the strategic level.
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approach to addressing complex issues.
• A strong desire to learn and be guided.
• Effective communication skills, confident presentation abilities, and the capacity to influence executive and C-suite leaders.
• Capability to manage multiple account initiatives simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
• A consistent record of achieving and surpassing customer retention and expansion objectives.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 20–30% of the time or two to three occasions per month.
