Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage the client relationship from start to finish, conducting meetings and acting as the sole, dependable point of contact for designated accounts.

• Establish trust with stakeholders at the Director, VP, and C-suite levels.

• Proactively anticipate client needs while keeping them informed about status updates, timelines, deliverables, and the competitive environment.

• Monitor account requests, ensure follow-through, and make sure that commitments are fulfilled.

• Convert client requests and feedback into clear guidance for internal teams.

• Work in partnership with project management and operations to synchronize timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Direct client-generated product ideas and feature requests to internal leadership.

• Assess account health and confirm that work remains aligned with client objectives.

• Prepare and present executive-level reports based on account performance metrics.

• Stay informed about the local media landscape and emerging strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Denver, CO Metro Area.

• A minimum of 5 years in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing position.

• Demonstrated experience in presenting to and cultivating relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite marketing executives.

• Outstanding organizational skills and commitment to follow-through.

• Proficiency in paid media and localized/multi-location digital marketing.

• Strong teamwork abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively with project management and operations.

• Experience in an agency or similar fast-paced, multi-account environment is preferred.

• Must be a physical resident of the US.

• Unable to offer visa sponsorship or support remote work from outside the US.

• Familiarity with telecom and multi-location retail localized, store-level digital media programs is advantageous.
