Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Manage the client relationship from start to finish for designated accounts

• Facilitate meetings and act as the sole point of contact

• Establish trust with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders

• Anticipate client requirements and convey status, timelines, deliverables, and competitive insights

• Monitor requests, ensure follow-through, and confirm that commitments are fulfilled

• Convert client requests and feedback into documented guidance for internal teams

• Work collaboratively with project management and operations to synchronize timelines, priorities, and deliverables

• Direct client-driven product suggestions and feature requests to internal leadership

• Assess account health and ensure alignment with client objectives

• Prepare and present executive-level reports

• Transform complex performance data into understandable narratives for senior stakeholders

• Collaborate with SEO and Paid Media teams to create comprehensive account reports

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be physically located in the US

• Visa sponsorship is unavailable

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar client-facing role

• Demonstrated ability to present to and cultivate relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite marketing executives

• Excellent organizational abilities and consistent follow-through

• Strong teamwork skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with project management and operations

• Preferred background in an agency or a similar fast-paced, multi-account environment

• Familiarity with telecom and multi-location retail clients managing localized, store-level digital media programs is a plus
