Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of commercial growth strategies and perform regular business assessments that align with client objectives.

• Implement commercial renewals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Defend and negotiate intricate commercial proposals, discounts, SLA compensations, and terms of renegotiation.

• Assess client ROI by utilizing CRM and BI data to reveal revenue opportunities and enhance product adoption.

• Convert client metrics and organizational frameworks into actionable product and operational insights.

• Advocate for customer objectives internally while recognizing risks of churn and integration challenges.

• Collect customer feedback through direct interactions and satisfaction surveys.

• Facilitate platform onboarding and assist newly acquired accounts with the initial setup process.

• Resolve operational issues across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Support teams.

• Monitor, follow up, and document client requests and feature updates within CRM, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Guide and develop internal team members and provide training for new hires.

• Present product upgrades to clients, explaining the development roadmap and new features.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in iGaming, whether as an Account Manager or in a similar client-focused platform role.

• Strong commercial negotiation skills with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend financial proposals both internally and externally.

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above.

• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming sector, including operator gaming sites, operational challenges, and marketing issues.

• Technical understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and release management processes.

• Experience with account planning using CRM/BI tools.

• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Miro, and Asana.

• Resilience and empathy in communication.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to navigate unfamiliar tasks or systems.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

• Experience in training or mentoring junior Account Managers (a plus).

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel modeling and PowerPoint client presentations (a plus).

• Existing contacts within the iGaming industry (a plus).
