Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee client contracts, relationships, and operational performance to ensure that all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

• Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee accuracy and timeliness for all client deliverables.

• Prepare, track, and report on budgetary and revenue expectations for assigned client projects.

• Work alongside clients to formulate project strategies, implementation plans, and long-term growth initiatives.

• Supervise project development and execution, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

• Act as the primary liaison while maintaining consistent communication with clients.

• Identify and seek new revenue opportunities, including the expansion of services within current accounts.

• Assist in sales efforts, including developing proposals and securing new business opportunities.

• Keep abreast of legislative, regulatory, and competitive landscapes to pinpoint risks and opportunities for growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in client relationship management, particularly with large or complex client engagements.

• Capability to engage in data-driven analysis and articulate impacts in terms that are client-friendly.

• Proven track record in managing budgets, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring contract performance.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a strong customer service orientation.

• Demonstrated aptitude for managing projects, prioritizing workloads, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with Tableau is preferred.
