Senior Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage relationships and serve as the main point of contact for designated retail accounts

• Develop and implement account strategies to enhance kiosk placements, boost performance, and strengthen partner integration

• Examine retailer and internal performance data to pinpoint issues and provide data-driven recommendations

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and collaborative business planning

• Foster relationships across retailer headquarters, including merchandising, operations, real estate/asset protection, and sustainability

• Handle escalations, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate internal problem-solving efforts

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance kiosk visibility, increase foot traffic, raise in-store awareness, and boost customer engagement

• Work with operations and regulatory teams to implement new kiosk installations

• Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to uncover account opportunities

• Assist in channel expansion and the onboarding process for newly signed accounts

• Oversee account-level installation and removal forecasts

• Convey retailer feedback internally to impact product, marketing, and operational strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in account management, retail partnerships, or a related field, preferably at a Senior Manager or Director level

• Demonstrated success in growing complex, multi-stakeholder retail accounts and achieving revenue/performance goals

• Proficient in advanced Excel; capable of manipulating and interpreting large datasets independently

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM system

• Strong skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced setting

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred

• Must be a resident of the United States
